There we are;
Stuck again in the Crossroads.
The lane keeps moving –
Can we please, swift the episodes?
Angels cry; so do the laymen –
The prayer still hits perfectly somewhere; Amen!
We look at each other with blurred vision through the tide–
Till the time we slip apart through the horrific landslide.
Still somewhere blooms the shy touch me not;
Birds embrace, see, there’s hanging a bright lovely knot!
I did had my sleeping pill for sure;
‘Coz, I hate the dark night’s azure.
Still, I wondered wide eyed at half past two;
The mighty ship navigated without the crew.
I knew, I wouldn’t survive for long –
Strange enough; I could even listen to the White Angel’s song;
Deep within my heart, the last breadth prevailed;
Down through the storms, presumably, it hailed.
Had I lit the light? – Of course; I reckoned;
Until the doomsday gloomed and beckoned.
A token of fresh beginning;
A brew of aromatic jumpstart –
A life filled with charismatic explorations;
An exotic taste of the baked lemon tart!
Your chosen conscience lets you cherish
The pavement till the deep grown trees;
At the break of dawn, the woodpecker burrows deep;
Till it excavates the long lost keys!
Hold on there!
Take an intense breadth..
Your memoir is being drafted;
Surely, You have checked in to live!
I have never promised you;
I have never reached you out to become friends;
You really don’t bother me at your egress even –
Anyways, Thanks for unlocking the new trends!
You were always there; whenever I wished –
At my Joy and relentless pain;
You always looked firm in your aspirations –
That’s what I was always used to gain.
Hope you have a wonderful life ahead;
Amidst the grief and sorrows –
I won’t be there at your need anymore;
None article of your life story ever shall I borrow.
But I will still consign my last letter
On the day of my eclipse –
Hope you will attend my funeral,
Now please, will you shut your lips?
Command me to bid goodbye;
Let me set free the caged hummingbirds first–
I am afraid, they will panic initially to fly high!
I know I have followed all your misprints;
You were my God; my Soul Existence!
Now Master, See! The light awaits behind the bars –
I can blink once to perceive the aura of the undefined stars!
Days before; in a long lost dream;
I traversed through a course so clean!
Flowers flourished; Angels danced –
There, O Master, I perched in trance!
Enough of being Your Myrmidon!
I now manage to explore the oblivion!
The break even point is just a score away;
Come what may, I will keep going astray!
The two worlds kissed each other,
Embracing gently through the breeze;
The portmanteau tucked the realms together –
Calf way following the route of trees!
Arms apart, eyes closed;
The Son of the God there smiled apropos!
Appalling pain transfixed his nerves;
Still the avenue ran unreservedly tossed.
The worlds fall apart –
In pursuit of the destiny!
The Cross creaked sidewise:
Before the rise of the Mutiny!
I was never born!
It was as if –
I was never born.
The days had passed in a blink;
Not confronting regular prejudices of time.
The nights were stormy but completely in sync;
Lost were the usual music of the chime.
I was rather sure –
I might had fixed myself sojourn;
In Contrary to the very common belief though;
I was really never ever born.
The past so playful is just a parallel milieu;
Which I can perceive still dipped in the darkest hue –
Dreams unnerve the curiosity and the latent blue,
As if I ever had any solitary morose overdue!
“The glow should be from within!” he uttered humbly.
I blushed. It was as if the mountains were rising from the dark hue behind!
I fumbled a bit lurking my rosy cheeks!
Till the time, the moment itself refused to speak!
He touched my soul; whispered gently through the trembling breeze;
The endless waves of eternity flowed swiftly across;
secretly nurturing the ethereal bliss!
The dawn was near; only a handful moment across!
The Alpenglow in full bloom hid the brunette cloak thereof!
The forestry behind woke up to countless chirps;
I kissed the stone that laid on the peninsula– untouched!
Nobody talks about her…
She is a mother of two;
Dark skinned with straightened hair..
She doesn’t look beautiful –
Her grace though, can’t be deciphered!
Her flared bright dresses woo a few;
Her husband is a drunkard –
Still her eyes are so tender,
You can’t simply ignore her!
Well, you don’t know her –
She will always approach you with a grin!
She is fat and gloomy;
Still, she is a universe within!
The meeting was planned;
But postponed sine die –
As if the clause to ‘Rise’ in love
Was never met!
The guns were shot
Without prior intimation –
As expected from those insane brutes!
Till the classy music flew and gazed;
Through the smoky clumsy air.
Forlorn figures wearing red;
Were slowly subtly subdued!
“Have you heard? She is Coming!” – whispered the First.
“Oh No! Is it true? Is she really Coming?” – exclaimed the Second.
“Oh Yes! I have myself heard her. Eyes closed: she was chanting; she had a halo all around! All of a sudden, she opened her blurry eyes. She looked towards oblivion, confirming her arrival.” – shivered the First!
“Why on Earth, will she come back?” – awed the Second..
“She needs to spread her aura everywhere, perhaps!” – First answered.
“What happens, if we become blind then? “ – feared Second.
“Then All new Universe may unfold itself!” – fantasized First.
And then it happened. ..
A new violet bud bloomed.
A huge rift,
The transgression followed;
Chasing the ‘Yea-sayer’ as they said –
Mayhem was ultimately swallowed!
Optimism slips in;
Positivity enhances –
The dull light brown hue…
Sucks the Experiences.
Once and for all
I choose to inflate the senses!
‘Nay’ would have been more apt, I suppose –
Still, ‘Yea’ grasps the gullet and replenishes.
When I wrote that letter;
Your name didn’t come across my mind.
The time I was preparing the envelope –
Your address just popped up from behind.
It reminded me of all the good days we shared.
Down the country lane, underneath the maple tree; settling blissfully, we slowly muttered.
You used to play your harp ; I complimented with my violin.
The fields across were spotted healthy & lustrous green!
The sunsets were utterly precious; then only we used to gaze at each other.
Our tender lips were nervously confused; they used to tremble like soft feather.
One fine day, I walked away.
I plucked the forbidden rose to be hurt by the thorns – they say.
Still I moved on in the journey through the draught of forever, round the bay!
I knew you were waiting for me;
I cherished the thought of the good old maple tree..
But , trust me, the bloody wound never healed.
I couldn’t return to my country lane indeed.
Hence, the letter that I wrote for you;
Was torn again – scattered in pew!
When She stepped Out!
Afar & Awake;
She kept her eyes wide.
Her scepticism blinked;
She rushed to oblivion.
Her route was not easy..
She bifurcated at times.
Still the reach was sure;
And the journey obvious!
There was a time when I used to fall bluntly over the ground;
It was painful – but I perceived the base of life.
Now, I am free falling through eternity in the pathway of the vast halo!
The relief sets in; but so do the knife!
Dreamt Last Night..
I dreamt of a morning, crystal bright;
inhaled the brew; especially light!
I touched the petals, so pure and fresh –
I imbibed the breeze submerging in the flesh!
And there she was! Giggling at me!
I knew, she came across the eternity!
Her arms stretched; eyes sparkling;
I haven’t seen her ever so refreshing.
Her impression soothed my soul;
I stood there feeling complete – whole!
Her feather light shadow faded away;
Slowly, I returned to my usual pathway!
At the end…
“So, that was it.
I need to leave now.“
Isabella looked pale.
As if, I had any other option.
Darkness gloomed and waved the pathos;
The sultry weather was hard to diagnose –
I felt the pity of the falling star –
That kept me awake all night!
The hair was done;
Her skin seemed bumpy, pulpy and fully messed up.
Even the grave was dug so deep and harsh;
I couldn’t bid her goodbye with the final death cup.
