You can get rid of funny default avatar/gravatar from your profile by registering at https://en.gravatar.com/ Enter your email that you used to register with us and then select appropriate photo/avatar/gravatar you would like. I have uploaded the profile picture on gravatar.com

And uploaded the pic I want as my profile picture. I used the same email address I registered here. But still unable to change my profile picture.
