After a long day, there I was
In an airport, With a cup of coffee
Some thought kept disturbing
Though nothing meant to be
And in between the small walk
To the chair from the coffee shop
There she was and in a talk
To give me back my heart
And in between a sip of a coffee
There happened an eye contact
Again it is three years after which we see
The sight brought in all the memories
I went to her waving my hand
Half hesitant with full anxiety
She came to me while I had to stand
And it was she and me
Ten thousand questions to ask
Hundred thousand words to say
Hundred thousand apologies to be asked
Though we weren’t able to talk
Our Eyes just conveyed
I wanted the moment to freeze
The longing to talk
A lot of love to convey
Just to say she is still there in my days
One word she spoke
10 words I replied
This went on
Though I never wanted to cry
Is someone else there she asked
Yes I said
Who she wanted to know
Look into my eyes I said
The one day we were waiting for
Gave us just thirty minutes
In between our flight timings
Just to say there we still exist
And yes she said
No one is there
But that someone who left me
Has come back now
To take me back
And there I went down
Took her hand and said
There we are
To hold our hands
To start the journey of life together
Smiling with all the love
And the love made us forget where we were
But any day we are meant to be
We missed the flights
Forgetting the world around
As we got back our lives
Giving meaning to everything we did
And that something which brought us together
The so called love
