We live in a world riddled by unknowns
where thoughts and fables and notions are sown
the best speaker, the frontman wins a debate odd
and what was simply theta is now God
An infinity of sorts, an unknown variable
no explanation, none, ever seems durable
What we couldn’t reach we labelled divine
like the never ending end of parallel lines
An elusive answer, the question is what drives us
where some deny, others find Ram, Allah and Jesus
They choose to leave the equation unsolved
this problem is beyond us, wait, i shall call it GOD
The all-knowing omnipresent illusion
unfortunately man’s greatest delusion
led us into many wars and cries
and what all plans did man not devise
to fight for the honour of God Almighty
you raped you murdered you stole
to appease, to please the lifeless deity
The biggest hoax ever pulled on man
where a variable unknown has made us stand,
and kill and fight these wars
for what was simply theta is now god
God almighty, hail the gods
these gods have often put us at odds
odds on life, on land, on peace
they will not stop they will not cease
this greed and anger will consume us all
and that will be mankind’s great fall
when that day comes we do not know
so all we do is pray and reassure
ourselves that what we do is right
not have a sense of thought that might
suppose a code of morals, of rules
where gods and thetas have no roles
for such a place is not divine
We are the heaven, it’s all mine.

A poem I wrote when I was wondering about the notion of god. What I figured was that god was just like any other unknown variable, except that the value attached to this variable was a little too much.
