Distant Love

I was so tired ,

Hundreds of time thought of not going,

And everytime your smile came infront of  me.

I thought no hardship is greater than,

The feeling of meeting you after so many months.

I have been so desperate to meet you,

My heart  spoke about you the whole day.

My breathe had just your name engraved,

My mind was so entangled in your thoughts ,

These two months have been so long.

Now when I thought I was so near to meeting you ,

I didn’t want anyone and anything to stop me.

With all these feelings ,Somehow I managed to board the plane

I slept and slept and don’t know when I reached your city.

the city where the person I loved lived.

The time to meet you was still far,

And my patience was running away.

Somehow managed to kill the time ,

Reached your place well before you could meet.

Waited in the heat ,

Sweating more from your thoughts than the sun.

At last it was time , I went to your house ,

You opened the door with the smile that makes me go weak.

So starstruck was I ,didn’t know what to say.

My hands shivered ,had goosebumps,

My eyes wandering all over your face,

My hands wanting to hold your hands,

So hard it was for me to control.

We talked about so many things ,

You looked so beautiful,

With glowing eyes,and perfect smile

And With lips that make me jealous.

when I couldn’t resist any longer  I pulled u in my arms,

you laughed a little ,don’t know what it was for.

Confused I was, so let you go .

Pulled you again this time more strongly ,

Kissed your neck lightly ,

Held your hands and moved them around my waist .

Hugged you tighter , tighter like I always wanted .

Heard a sigh from your mouth ,don’t know what it was for.

I let you go when a bell rang .

There was no thirst , no hunger ,

All that I wanted was you,

One hour passed so quickly and it was time for me to depart.

And before leaving , I pulled you again,

And pleaded for a kiss ,which you reluctantly did,

It was such a beautiful moment.

I never wanted it to end.

You are what I want ,

I’m so happy being with you,

Your thoughts give me comfort ,

And your existence makes my life happier.

I love you, even if you don’t let me say ,these words will always be there on my lips.
