Poem – He Showed Us The Way

I have seen how they treated you with disrespect.
I have seen how they humiliated us without respect.
I have seen how they bullied us like were suspect.
I have seen how they rejected us in all aspects.
They scared us in the most horrific way.
They yelled us in the unexpected getaway.
They ruined us in the most grassy hay.
They scrutinized us during our most tearful day.
What is good about us? We never fight back.
What is good about us? We were not discouraged.
What is good about us? We became strong.
What is good about us? We never give up.
We understand their ways of wickedness.
We have forgotten their ways of recklessness.
We never judge their ways of bitterness.
But, never withheld the act of forgiveness.
They treated us with disrespect, we showed them kindness.
They humiliated us with negligence, we showed them reverence.
They hurt us in every way, we hugged them in our sweet embrace.
They showered us with fiery words, we gave them our biggest smile.
I wish that they realize what they were doing.
I pray that they stop their wicked things.
I am hoping they learn to love us a human being.
Forget all the hatreds and go on living.
May God’s Holy Spirit guide them each and every day.
Instill in their hearts, forgiveness and peace to many,
Nurture the love and spread it wholeheartedly,
Rejoice with friends, to prosper joy and harmony.
You may have hurt us all in the past,
You may have forgotten to do your part,
You may have lost everything you have,
What matter most, God is love.
Let us all unite. Let Him our guide.
Let us all remember, He heals our heart.
Let us all be aware, He knows our desire.
He is our God Almighty. He hated our wrath.
He always showed us the way… to Love…
