Moral Short Story for Children – THOUGHT IS LIFE

There was a Basket seller who named bheem, lived in a village. He used to sell his baskets by travelling from one village to another daily. One day he came through a big forest after he finished his selling in a nearby village. He became very tired as he was walking for a long time through the forest.
At some distance, Bheem saw a big tree with some space which suits for him to take rest. He kept all his things under the tree and spreaded one cloth to sit and take rest.
Bheem thought, “FEELING THIRSTY,IT WILL BE NICE IF I GET SOME WATER TO DRINK, BUT HOW AND WHERE I CAN GET IN THIS FOREST”.
What a surprise? Suddenly he got one pot full of water in his front. Bheem was shocked and he checked his surroundings to make sure whether any one is there. But there is no one except him in that place. He came near to that pot and tasted that water. It was very sweet.
He wondered how this water came here without help of any one. He doubted whether is there any magic happening under this tree. He wanted to check it, so next he wished, “HOW IT WILL BE IF I GET SOME HUNDRED DELICIOUS LADDOOS TO EAT NOW”.
One big plate full of laddoos appeared in front of him. He concluded that this is a magical tree which makes our thoughts to became true. Bheem had all the laddoos and he was stuffed now.
Next, bheem thought for a nice bed to take a nap. As he wished, one bed also appeared under the tree. After lying on the bed, before he get into sleep, he got one big doubt. He thought, ”WHAT WILL HAPPEN FOR ME IF ANY TIGER COME TO THIS PLACE? “.
The next second, one big young hungry tiger came there with a big murmur. As he was fully stuffed with laddoos, he cannot able to run. So he climbed the tree and went to height as he can.
Now only he realised the mistake he done. “MY POSITIVE THOUGHTS MADE THE TIME GOOD, BUT JUST BECAUSE OF ONE NEGATIVE THOUGHT I AM HANGING ON THE TREE LIKE THIS. OH GOD! SOME ONE SHOULD SAVE ME FROM THIS HUNGRY TIGER”, he thought.
At that time, a hunter with a big gun came to that place. He saw bheem hanging on the branch of the tree and understood his situation. To save him , hunter gave one shoot towards the sky by his gun which makes the tiger to run away from that place.
Bheem came down and thanked him for saving his life. Both of them left that place and started their travel to return to home.
Even though some magic works here , only positive thoughts will give us joy and it is true that negative thoughts will makes us to get worry.
