Rise2Shine
Serendipity, this word has a profound meaning, at least for us three girls, now moms, oops correcting working moms. You must have read lots of trending self beliefs boosting articles of taking charge on one’s destiny and plan well in advance. So how do you take charge in a male dominated society where you have to move wherever your husband moves in search of better opportunities, and you have to take care of your kid too! Being mom is a 24/7 job is understatement. However between balancing an able home maker and super mom, there is always that nagging thought of seeking meaning of your life, your contribution to this place called earth, putting right use of hours and hours of dedication and hard labour you have put to get yourself educated and earn degrees.
So, coming back to serendipity, three passionate women found themselves sailing in the same boat at Bihta. The problem was that there was no water, none so ever to have a smooth sailing. Alright, there is this huge 500 acres IIT campus at the midst of a Jungle, majestic administrative buildings, bubbling with probably some sharpest brain this country has to offer. So nestled in the serene background, these women could have always shared kitchen recipes and host countless kitty parties and could have go on living their life without fuss complimenting each other on new furniture and suits.
However these three after being bored of counting number of trees and nilgai in the campus, decided to do what they were already doing on whatsapp and pininterest, i.e. take control of their destiny. They met each other as they were destined to and gradually came together to share their common dream of being women entrepreneurs.
But the big elephant in the room still remained- What? How?
One thing was clear; they were not interested in taking up any set path or cookie-cutter career goals. Instead, were inclined to make their journey both, fascinating and exciting. You don’t have to know how things are going to turn out. You just have to commit to taking it on and making it work. Passion can serve as a compass to finding a purpose.
During a normal chit-chat one day, they discovered that all three were passionate about reading and that gave them a direction and inclination to start something in those lines. They also realise that communicating with people around was difficult due to a peculiar dialect. Hence there was a need to train individuals regarding good communication skills that can prove beneficial for them and can be extremely useful in their future endeavours.

It takes passion, focus, discipline and a lot of hard work trying to balance work and kids at home. But you can see a change in social outlook, moms today are dramatically changing the way women have been living their lives for centuries. All three of them were seeking for part-time and mom-friendly opportunities, but had no clue what was best for them. However, their drive to show they have the appetite, skills and vision to begin a new venture helped them to create” Rise2Shine” training Institute.
Rise2Shine has now started its journey towards its goal of teaching young graduates some basic life skills required for their brighter future. With innovative style of teaching methods, the institute is helping; students, teachers and individuals achieve what they always dreamt about.
As they say, you have to work hard to play hard. It is fun being unique in your field, as it can bring satisfaction and success.
