My name is Shanise Johnson I'm a former heavy drug abuser. I started drugs when I was just 13 years old then the Chrystal meth and cocaine came into my life completely at 17. I got so addicted and I lost ALOT of weight. For example, in December I weighed 164. Then February I weighed 109 pounds. The addiction was so bad I ran away from home to stay at the house that supplied me with it. I ran on the streets for drugs id try and sell this just to make alil cash. But that's one of the worst things that impacted my life deeply. And from hat experience it motivated me to write poetry and stories. I also want to I and talk to a room full of troubled youth who are starting drugs or thinking of it. Because no parent should ever see there child get THAT addicted to drugs like how I was especially at 13 to 17 and get so addicted it can kill them and now their parents have to bury them six feet under. The point is I want my voice to be heard from all over the world as inspiration and gives troubled teens like how I was, hope that from their bad position they can change and finish school and go to college and have the career they desire just like me. But one thing I ALWAYS tell kids is you can only change if your willin to let change into your life and your willing to live with it.
