Rouquia alami is freelance short story writer. Since she was raised up in houses surrounded with beautiful nature and open landscapes she was attached to mother-earth, mountains and valleys. As human rights activist she concentrated on documenting women’s issues above all “violence against women”. One of her main concerns is “oral history on women’s roles”. She lived all her entire life outside her homeland "Palestine"; sad or happy, doesn’t really matter; but best era in her life was when she became grandmother: that was the strongest motivation for her to work on her passion and writing for children and about them once again.
