The Warden – Short Story from College

Student life is most memorable time in everyone’s life, and breaking any rule excites us most.
We were studying in residential school and after nightly roll call and when all the door gets locked we use to go for late night movies by jumping roshandan (A small windows on top of wall) , and that time shaping the pillows as human body under the blanket represent us and save us from our hostel warden.
Watching any movie without getting caught was a big achievement for us, and one fine day after coming back from the movie and successfully entering the room using same roshandan we were celebrating our victory without realizing anyone else presence . But, as one guy picked the blanket from one bed and tries going for sleep he found our warden was sleeping on that bed.
Somehow our warden got an idea of our routine and he followed the same route to get in the room as we and caught all of us red handed.
